1. When will the 2009 Calendar be shipped to me?
2009 CALENDARS The 2009 Calendars are printing right now and the ink will be dry in August 2008! That is when your eggsellent calendar will ship to you!
2. How long do personalized items take to ship?
Becuz these items are made to order, pleaze allow 3-4 weeks for your order to ship. It would be faster if we had opposable thumbs. CUSTOM JEWLERY JEWERELYJEWELRY Pleaze allow 2 weeks for your order to ship since we are making special things!
3. How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Orders except custom or personalized items will ship within five bizness days of ordering! EGGSELLENT! If you need something faster, please make a note in the comments box when you place your order; and Lulu will get on a horse and ride as fast as possible to deliver it. HAHAHA that is a joke. Or, you can contact us by clicking HERE and let us know when you need it and we can tell you the estimated shipping charges and approximate delivery date!

5. What is your Return Policy?
We can't take personal / custom items back unless we have made a mistake on our part with the personalization or customization. If we made a mistake, a replacement on the product you ordered will be promptly redone and shipped immediately! Other than personalized / custom items, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will accept a return within fourteen days after you received the item for a complete refund, minus shipping costs.

7. Do you charge Sales Tax?
We are required by law to charge 8.25% sales tax on all orders placed using a Texas billing or shipping address, since we are based in Texas.
8. Do you sell my information?
Lulu and Lolly will not sell or rent your personal information under any circumstances!!
