Dear Friendz on the Dog Blog,
Last weekend proved to be a truly outstanding and also very eggsiting weekend at the Dogtoberfest, which is where a lot of dogs get dressed up in the kostumes and then also there is money that is raised for the rescues, which is a very Two Paws UP! event altogether, and also here is a report we got sent to us.
Now the report is from a human, and even though we are against putting reports in here from humans, due to the fact that this is a DOG publication, this report was so outstanding that we...
are putting it on the front page anyway!
Also, please note in this story how truly outstanding we (LuLu and LoLLy) look, especially with our truly AWESUM bandanas, which are color kordnated with our tongues! Also, we have cut out the picture of our Human because that was unnecessary. However, we love Tori our new best human friend ever!
Here is the story!
Last year I was Assistant Director of Security at the Domain, Austin Texas. We had Dogtober Fest 2008 and as I walked the sidewalk, I saw the Lulu & Lolly table. Next thing you know, I was holding Lulu & Lolly for a photo op.
I showed my 6 yr old daughter, Tori, and she fell in love with those cute doggies. All she talked about was could she meet them too.
Well we just visited Dogtober Fest 2009 and Tori was thrilled to see the Lulu & Lolly table set up once again.
After I told the two very nice ladies all about my photo in 2008, they sat Tori down, put both dogs on her lap and she was honored with her very own photo op with Lulu & Lolly. She was so excited. She was also given a calender and T-shirt. What a very exciting day for Tori.
