Lulu and Lolly's Dog Blog! It's a Dlog!

Sussie the nail painting dogDear Friendz on the Dog Blog,

There is no better way to start of the new year than by thinking about your career plans.

And in this regard, we are thrilled to bring you the dloggings of Sussie, a very important career dog who has many important responsibilities helping to run his human's Nail Salon.

Now in case you are wondering, a Nail Salon is where you have your fingernails painted colors.

This is not to be confused with a hardware salon, which is where you go sometimez with your Human to buy the nails for the hammer, when your Human is going to try to fix something, and is probably going break it more!

But anyway Sussie's report is truly inspiring, and here it is!

Dear LuLu and LoLLy! I'm at the nail salon every day. I'm pretty sure my human's clients are really coming just to see me! I'm very good at greeting people, but I have a very speical talent too (my human calls it "flea checking"). You see I want to make sure everyone who comes to see my human is free of fleaz, so I do a little check on everyone, by getting very close to their skin or clothez ...

Lucky in argyle sweaterDear Friendz on the Dog Blog,

We thought the New Year was the perfect time to tell you about our friend Lucky.

You see it all started when we got this letter from him:

Dear LuLu and LoLLy, I am feeling much better. I love my new home  ...

Now what you should know is that Lucky had been a doggy in need of some GOOD humans for a change, and we were VERY glad to hear that he loved his new home.

But then we read on, and were a little startled to learn that Lucky had moved in with something we had never heard of!

I love my new home  ... with this Southern Belle Mommy Jennifer.

Now as you probably know, generally speaking a Belle is something you ring. For egsample, if you are on a chuck wagon, you may ring the Belle to say, "Let's eat some grub!" Or if you wander down the street and get caught in a downpour, you may climb on your sister's back to ring your neighbor's doorBelle to see if you can come in from the rain ...

Bailey and Zoey Dear Friendz on the Dog Blog,

As you know, we have had to dlog about meny distressing situashons.

For egsample, Daphne's girl tried to grow a tree INSIDE the house ... Sheba has taken it into her head to start writing poetry that does not rime ... Elmo's poor human is so confused thinking he is part rabbit that now Elmo is eating vegitibles ... we aksidentally got Buckshot on a diet ... oh the list goes on.

But today is perhaps the most disturbing yet. These are our new friendz Bailey and Zoey, and as you can see in this likture, there are very outstanding dogs, who also were rescue dogs!

But Zoey and Bailey live with a human who thinks she is a frog.

WHAT?!?!?!

It all started when Bailey ...

MollyDear Friendz on the Dog Blog,

We are egstremely proud to dlog about our new friend Molly, who not only is an outstanding canine in general, but is also a world famous writer.

Molly explanes more below, but in brief she tells her human what to write by dictating with her eyes. Well this is certainly a refreshing change from the Humans we live with, who cannot understsand anything, like you give them the look that clearly sez, "I want a pizza!" and you get denta-bones or a bath instead.

Anyway, becuz Molly's human is much smarter Molly is a world famous writer and it gets published in the Saucon News.

Also, no only do we appreshate Molly using her kraft (which is not cheese, but a career) to support her pack, but sintz LoLLy would like to be a world famous writer herself we are paying careful attenshon to all of Molly's advice. (LoLLy is practicing by doing interviews, and she has just finished one with Billie Maltese of Northcentral Rescue, which is some ground breaking jurnalism even if when we sent it to Glamour magazine they said, "WHAT?" You can read LoLLy's interview here but first you should read about Molly!)

But anyway at first this all seemed oh so innosint Molly is just a world famous writer but then as the letters went back and forth it got more complicated. Here is what we mean. First Molly wrote us this:

Dear LuLu and LoLLy, There is nothing I like more than literary dogs. One thing that impressed me is that you can actually write. Actually I don't write myself. Rather, I dictate to Joel with my eyes ...
